Linda Day, president of the Maryland Classified Employees Association (MCEA), was reelected to that position October 15 during the association’s Annual Convention in Ocean City, Maryland. Day is the only president to be elected to a consecutive second term in the 77 year history of the association. The convention, held October 14-16, featured gubernatorial candidate Anthony Brown as keynote speaker.
