Article X - Statewide - Section 1 - Composition The Statewide Advisory Council shall be composed of the presidents of all chapters or their duly authorized representative(s) and the Board of Directors.
Linda Day, MCEA President, has extended an invitation to the 2012 MCEA Delegates, MCEA Past Presidents, and dues paying members to attend this event.
