Senate Bill 349 and House Bill 670 are currently under review, and their outcome could greatly affect our access to essential prescription services. Senate Bill 349 had a hearing yesterday with retirees from all over the State testifying.  It was great to see MCEA retirees at the hearing. House Bill 670 is scheduled for a hearing on March 12, 2024, in the Appropriations Committee.  Keep sending letters, emails, and phone calls to the Appropriations Committee.
